Orders & Delivery
What are the delivery options?
We offer home delivery via courier and pickup point delivery. Shipping is available in most EU countries.
When will my order arrive?
The exact delivery date is shown on the product page, in your cart, and again at checkout before confirming your order.
Where do you ship?
We currently deliver to most countries within the European Union.
How much does shipping cost?
Pickup point delivery is free. Home delivery starts from €3, depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also use the Track your order page.
Returns & Warranty
How can I return an item?
Simply fill out our online return form. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions by email.
What is the return period?
You can return any product within 180 days, as long as it’s in new or like-new condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the product is defective.
What does the warranty cover?
All glasses include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and material faults. It does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or misuse.

How do I choose the right frame size?

What does “Opened for quality check” mean?
This means the product was opened for inspection or returned within 30 days. It’s in like-new condition, fully functional, and quality-checked by us.
Are the glasses original and new?
Yes. All products sold on Ivanzo.com are 100% original. You can choose between brand new items or those marked as “Opened for quality check”.
Are the glasses compatible with my phone?
Yes. They work with most modern iOS and Android phones. Some features may require the Meta View app.
Do the lenses provide UV protection?
Yes, all lenses provide full UVA and UVB protection.
Smart Features
Can I take photos and videos with the glasses?
Yes. Most models include a built-in 12 MP camera and support video recording.
How does voice control work?
Some models support voice commands through Meta AI. You can use your voice to take photos, record, or ask questions.
Is Meta AI available in my country?
Meta AI is currently available only in select regions. Even without AI, your glasses work fully for photos, video, calls, and audio.
What is the battery life?
Battery life varies by usage, but typically lasts through a full day. The glasses charge via the included case.

What payment methods do you accept?
We support Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
Is card payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available in selected countries. You’ll see this option at checkout if it’s supported in your region.
