These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this e-shop and the contractual relationship between the customer (the “Buyer”) and the seller (the “Seller”). By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchase contracts concluded via the Seller’s e-shop with customers located within the European Union.
3. Products and Availability
The Seller offers AI smart glasses, including but not limited to:
- Ray-Ban Meta
- Oakley Meta Vanguard
- Oakley Meta HSTN
- Meta Ray-Ban Display
All products offered in the e-shop are original and sourced from official or authorized distribution channels.
Product availability and estimated delivery dates are displayed on the product page, in the shopping cart, and during checkout.
4. Prices
All prices displayed in the e-shop are final prices, including applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Pick-up point delivery: free of charge
- Delivery to address: 4 €
The specific delivery method and estimated delivery date are shown in the shopping cart and at checkout.
6. Payment Methods
The Buyer may pay using the following methods:
- Payment card
- Klarna
- Bank transfer
All payment options are displayed during checkout.
7. Order Process and Contract Conclusion
By submitting an order, the Buyer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The purchase contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the order by email.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must contact the Seller via email before returning the goods.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
9. Warranty and Complaints
The Seller is responsible for defects in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
If a product does not function correctly or shows defects, the Buyer should contact the Seller immediately via email or phone. Complaints will be handled without undue delay.
10. Personal Data Protection
The Seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Personal data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer communication.
11. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
In the event of a dispute, the Buyer has the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution body.

12. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of order placement shall apply.
