Conditions of Returns
This Return Policy applies to purchases made through our online store and complies with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent by email or post.
How to Return a Product

After confirmation, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product.
Returned goods must be sent without undue delay, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Conditions for Returned Goods
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and undamaged
- Be returned in its original condition
- Include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included items
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
Please note:
- Shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer
- Original delivery costs are refunded only up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option
Exceptions to the Right of Return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
- Goods that have been clearly used, damaged, or altered
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. Such cases are handled under our Complaints and Warranty Policy.
