1. V mobilní aplikaci Meta AI klepněte na možnost  vpravo nahoře.
2. Klepněte na Odhlášení, pak klepněte na položku Odhlášení znovu potvrdit.

Pokud se znovu přihlásíte do mobilní aplikace Meta AI, budete muset. spárování zařízení znovu.

If your account hasn’t followed our Code of Conduct for Virtual Experiences, Supplemental Meta Platforms Technologies Terms of Service or the Meta Terms of Service, it may be disabled or restricted.

If your Meta account is disabled or restricted, you’ll see a message telling you when you try to log in.

You may be able to request a download of your Meta account information by following the instructions on the notification screen.

What to do if you think your account was disabled or restricted by mistake

If you think your account was disabled or restricted by mistake, you may be able to ask us to review the decision. After logging in, follow the on-screen instructions to submit your appeal.

If you do not appeal within the specified time, you will no longer be able to request a review of your account.

Bear in mind that in some cases we may not issue a warning before restricting your account. We also can’t restore accounts that were disabled for severe violations.

What to do if you don’t see a notification

If you can’t see a notification telling you that your account was disabled or restricted, you may be experiencing a login issue.

If you’re having trouble logging in, you can learn how to do things such as reset your password nebo manage the email address associated with your account.

If your account was deleted by you or someone with your password, you can cancel the deletion request within 30 days. Learn how to cancel your Meta account deletion.

Před importem médií

Při pořizování fotografií a videí brýlemi Ray-Ban Meta se média ukládají v brýlích, dokud je neimportujete do mobilní aplikace Meta AI. Během importu, kdy se média přenášejí z brýlí do telefonu, jsou média dočasně uložena jako součást mobilní aplikace Meta AI v mezipaměti. Mezipaměť se automaticky vymaže krátce po importu a můžete ji vymazat ručně v aplikaci Nastavení zařízení.

Vymazání mezipaměti mobilní aplikace Meta AI:

1. V mobilní aplikaci Meta AI klepněte na možnost  vpravo dole.
2. Klepněte na .
   • Pokud máte s mobilní aplikací Meta AI spárováno více zařízení, vyberte před klepnutím na položku vlevo nebo vpravo zařízení, pro které chcete upravit nastavení. .
3. Klepněte na Média.
4. Klepněte na Vymazat mezipaměť.
5. Klepněte na Vymazat mezipaměť znovu potvrdit.

Po importu médií

Média budou po importu odstraněna z brýlí a uložena do aplikace fotografií v telefonu. Média v galerii mobilní aplikace Meta AI se zobrazí po přístupu do aplikace fotografií vašeho telefonu s vaším svolením.

Úpravy médií provedené v mobilní aplikaci Meta AI se provedou také v médiích uložených ve fotografické aplikaci telefonu. Odstraněním médií z mobilní aplikace Meta AI se média odstraní z fotografické aplikace telefonu. Pokud odstraníte média z fotografické aplikace telefonu nebo zrušíte povolení k přístupu aplikace Meta AI k fotografické aplikaci telefonu, média se v galerii nezobrazí.

Your Accounts Centre is a place where you can manage connected experiences (such as syncing your profile information) across your Facebook, Instagram and Meta accounts.

How to add an account

To add an account to Accounts Centre:

1. V mobilní aplikaci Meta AI klepněte vpravo nahoře na svůj profilový obrázek.
2. Klepněte na Accounts Centre.
3. Klepněte na Accounts.
4. Klepněte na Add accounts.

How to remove an account

To remove an account from Accounts Centre:

1. V mobilní aplikaci Meta AI klepněte vpravo nahoře na svůj profilový obrázek.
2. Klepněte na Accounts Centre.
3. Klepněte na Accounts.
4. Klepněte na Remove next to the account that you want to remove.
5. To remove your Meta account, tap  next to your Meta account, then tap Remove account.

You can manage your Meta account settings for Ray-Ban Meta glasses and Ray-Ban Stories, such as your Meta account name or the email address associated with your account, from the Meta AI mobile app.

To manage your Meta account:

2. Přejeďte prstem dolů a ťukněte na položku Accounts Centre.
3. Klepněte na Accounts.
4. Select your Meta account.
   • From here, you can tap Edit next to the information that you want to change.

A Meta account is required to use your Ray-Ban Meta glasses. If you already have a Meta account, you can enter your login details to continue using your device. If you don’t have a Meta account, you can set one up using your email address, Instagram account or Facebook account.

To set up a Meta account:

1. Open the Meta AI mobile app on your phone and follow the on-screen instructions.

How to set up a new Meta account with email

To set up a Meta account using your email address, you will need to provide:

• Email address: You can only create one Meta account per email address.
• First name and surname: We recommend using your real name in case you need to recover your account or manage your store purchases, but it is not required.
• Date of birth: You need to be at least 13 years old to sign up for a Meta account in most regions. We use this information to help provide age-appropriate experiences for the youngest members of our community.
• Password: This must be at least eight characters long. Avoid passwords that someone could easily guess.

After setting up your Meta account, you can add or remove this account from the same Accounts Centre as your Facebook and Instagram accounts at any time.

How to set up a new Meta account with Facebook or Instagram

When you create a Meta account with Facebook or Instagram, your Meta account will be added to the same Accounts Centre as your Facebook or Instagram account. You can always choose to remove accounts from the same Accounts Centre.

Visit the Instagram nebo Facebook Help Centres if you’re having trouble with logging in to those accounts.
