What is the warranty and return policy for Ray-Ban Meta glasses?

Standard returns
Our standard return policy is 30 days from when your order has been dispatched. Once your Ray-Ban Meta glasses have been returned, they will be inspected, and a refund to your original payment method will be issued. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

If you purchased your Ray-Ban Meta glasses from Meta.com, you can use our Find order page to identify your purchase and start a return.

If you purchased your AI glasses from Ray-Ban.com, please contact them to request a refund. Returns are subject to the original retail store’s return policies.

Warranty returns
If you think that your AI glasses are defective, and the return timeframe has expired, you can open a warranty claim with Ray-Ban for a repair or replacement. To open a claim, you’ll need your product serial number and proof of purchase. The warranty is only valid for one or two years from purchase, based on the country of purchase.

What is frame size?

The frame size refers to the horizontal width of the frame measured between the center of the left and the right hinge. Our frames come in one or multiple sizes.

How do I know the right size for me?

To find your correct frame size use a ruler to measure the hinge-to-hinge distance of a pair of glasses that you already own and that fits you well. Consider the tolerance range of +/- 4mm.

Unpacked packaging without security seal

New packaging (with security seal): This packaging is completely unopened, with the original security seal ensuring that the product has never been tampered with. It's the ideal choice for customers who prefer the product to remain in its original state and want the assurance that the product has not been opened or returned. The price for this packaging is higher because it is entirely new and untouched.

New - unpacked (without security seal): This packaging has been unpacked, but the product has not been used. The security seal has been removed, meaning the packaging was opened (e.g., due to a return within 14 days), but the product itself is still new and undamaged. The unpacked packaging is cheaper, as it no longer contains the original seal, but for customers who are not concerned with an unpacked package, it is still an excellent choice at a lower price.
