If you are unable to pair your Ray-Ban Meta glasses to the Meta AI mobile app, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure that the glasses are charged, turned on and placed in the case.
- Charge glasses for at least one hour or until case LED is green.
- Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 5 seconds. Release when case LED pulses a blue light.
- Check if Ray-Ban Meta glasses shows up in your phone’s Bluetooth connections. If it does, forget the connection, then try pairing your glasses again.
- If that doesn’t solve the issue, try deleting and reinstalling the Meta AI mobile app on your phone.
- If that doesn’t solve the issue, try performing a manual factory reset for your glasses.
If the LED on your glasses is continuously blinking white during pairing, you can force-restart your glasses.
