How to factory reset your glasses

A factory reset will delete all captures on your glasses and will require you to unpair and re-pair your glasses with the Meta AI mobile app. You can factory reset your glasses from the Meta AI mobile app or you can perform a manual factory reset.

To factory reset your glasses using the Meta AI mobile app:

1. Mobiliojoje programėlėje "Meta AI" bakstelėkite apačioje dešinėje.
2. Bakstelėkite.
   • If you have multiple devices paired with the Meta AI mobile app, swipe left or right to select the device you want to factory reset before tapping .
3. Bakstelėkite Bendra.
4. Bakstelėkite Factory reset.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

To manually factory reset your glasses:

1. Close the right temple arm.
2. Press the capture button 5 times until the notification LED turns orange.
3. Press and hold the capture button until the notification LED starts flashing.
4. Release the capture button and wait for the LED to cycle through white and then blue before turning off to indicate factory reset is complete.

Once your device is factory reset, you’ll need to unpair and then re-pair your glasses with the Meta AI mobile app.

How to factory reset your charging case

If you’re experiencing issues using your charging case, a factory reset might help.

To factory reset your charging case:

1. Išimkite akinius iš dėklo.
2. Press and hold the button on the back of the case for more than 16 seconds to factory reset the case.

You can report any issues with your Ray-Ban Meta glasses from the Meta AI mobile app.

To report a bug:

1. From the Meta AI mobile app, tap your profile picture in the top right.
2. Bakstelėkite Help & support.
3. Bakstelėkite Submit a report.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to describe your issue and submit your report.

You can also turn on Shake phone to report a problem, which lets you shake your mobile phone back and forth to trigger a bug report when the Meta AI mobile app is open.

To turn on shake phone to report a problem:

1. From the Meta AI mobile app, tap your profile picture in the top right.
2. Bakstelėkite Help & support.
3. Tap the toggle next to Shake phone to report a problem.

If you are interested in tracking the status of a reported security vulnerability (example: remediation status, follow-up questions), we invite you to submit the report through Meta’s Bug Bounty Program. If valid, you might be eligible to receive a payout for reporting the vulnerability to us.

The Meta AI mobile app will notify you of any software updates for your glasses or the app, and updates will be downloaded automatically. You can also check for updates, or turn off automatic updates at any time from Įrenginio nustatymai.

To manage update settings for Ray-Ban Meta glasses:

1. Mobiliojoje programėlėje "Meta AI" bakstelėkite apačioje dešinėje.
2. Bakstelėkite .
   • If you have multiple devices paired with the Meta AI mobile app, swipe left or right to select the device you want to adjust settings for before tapping .
3. Bakstelėkite Updates.
4. Tap the toggle next to Automatic updates to turn this feature on or off.
5. Bakstelėkite Check to check for software updates.

In order to use Ray-Ban Meta glasses, they must first be paired to your phone using the Meta AI mobile app.

How to pair your glasses with the Meta AI mobile app:

1. Išimkite akinius iš dėklo.
2. Įjunkite akinius pastumdami kairiajame rėmelyje esantį maitinimo jungiklį link akinių priekio.
3. Put your glasses back inside the case, making sure that you gently push down on the top of the glasses so that the bottom of the nose bridge on your glasses makes contact with the charging port inside the case.
4. Kai dėklo šviesos diodas pradeda mirksėti mėlynai, prietaisas yra paruoštas susieti su mobiliąja programėle "Meta AI".
   • Jei jūsų prietaisas automatiškai neįjungia susiejimo režimo, susiejimo režimą galite įjungti rankiniu būdu, paspausdami ir bent 5 sekundes palaikydami mygtuką, esantį dėklo nugarėlėje.

Note: Ray-Ban Meta glasses can only pair with one Meta account at a time. You’ll need to gamyklinis akinių atstatymas before someone else can pair them to their account

How to unpair your glasses from the Meta AI mobile app:

1. Mobiliojoje programėlėje "Meta AI" bakstelėkite  apačioje dešinėje.
2. Bakstelėkite .
   • If you have multiple devices paired with the Meta AI mobile app, swipe left or right to select the device you want to unpair before tapping .
3. Bakstelėkite Bendra.
4. Bakstelėkite Unpair glasses.
5. Bakstelėkite Unpair.

Note: Unpairing your glasses will not change or erase any settings.

Jei kyla problemų su akiniais, gali padėti iš naujo paleisti akinius. Iš naujo paleidus akinius nebus ištrinta jokia neimportuota laikmena ir akiniai nebus suporuoti su "Meta AI" mobiliąja programėle.

Iš naujo paleisti akinius:

1. Norėdami išjungti akinius, pastumkite įjungimo mygtuką atgal.
2. Palaukite kelias sekundes, tada pastumkite įjungimo mygtuką į priekį, kad akiniai vėl įsijungtų. Pabudę akiniai automatiškai vėl prisijungs prie programėlės.

Jei tai nepadeda išspręsti problemos, pabandykite priverstinai paleisti iš naujo. Priverstinis paleidimas iš naujo neištrins jūsų užfiksuotų vaizdų ir nereikės iš naujo susieti akinių su programa.

Priverstinis akinių paleidimas iš naujo:

1. Norėdami išjungti akinius, pastumkite įjungimo mygtuką atgal.
2. Paspauskite ir palaikykite užfiksavimo mygtuką.
3. Vis dar laikydami fiksavimo mygtuką, pastumkite įjungimo mygtuką į priekį, kad akiniai vėl būtų įjungti.
4. Kai būsenos šviesos diodas užsidegs raudonai, atleiskite fiksavimo mygtuką.

Priverstinai paleidus iš naujo, gali prireikti kelių minučių, kol akiniai vėl užmegs ryšį su programėle. Jei akiniai per kelias minutes neatkuria ryšio su programėle, gali tekti atlaisvinkite akinius iš mobiliosios programėlės "Meta AI". ir iš telefono "Bluetooth" įrenginių, tada pakartokite poravimo procedūrą.

The power switch for Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses is located on the left inner arm of the glasses, near the hinge.

To turn your glasses on:

1. Slide the power switch towards the lenses.
2. The notification LED will blink while your glasses turn on. When it turns solid green, you’re ready to continue.

To turn your glasses off:

1. Slide the power switch towards the back of the glasses.
2. The notification LED will blink red to signal that the glasses are turning off.
