  • What’s the return and warranty policy?

    Standard returns
    Our standard return policy is 30 days from when your order is shipped. Once your Oakley Meta glasses are returned, they will be inspected and a refund to your original payment method will be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    If you purchased your Oakley Meta glasses from Meta.com, you can use our Find Order page to identify your purchase and start a return.

    If you purchased your AI glasses from Oakley.com, please contact them to request a refund. Returns are subject to the original retail store’s return policies.

    Warranty returns
    If you think your AI glasses are defective and the return timeframe has expired you can open a warranty claim with Oakley for a repair or replacement. To open a claim you’ll need your product serial number and proof of purchase. The warranty is only valid for one or two years from purchase, based on the country of purchase.

    Your Oakley Meta glasses and charging case have different charge lifecycles.

    HSTN glasses

    • Fully charged Oakley Meta HSTN glasses can last up to 5 hours of continuous audio playback, 8 hours of typical use and up to 19 hours on standby. This may vary with use and other factors
    • You can charge the AI glasses up to 80% in just 45 minutes
    • You can quickly charge the AI glasses to 50% in 22 minutes in the charging case

    Charging case

    • A fully charged case provides up to 40 hours of charging for your Oakley Meta AI glasses. The number of hours varies according to how you’re using the features

  • What accessibility features are available?

    Oakley Meta glasses support hands-free interaction for users reduced visual, hearing, or mobility. Features include audio descriptions, hands-free call and message support, and access to the Be My Eyes volunteer network.

  • Do I need internet to use the glasses?

    While many features can be used offline, Meta AI functionality and features require internet connectivity.
