Our standard return policy is 30 days from when your order is shipped. Once your Oakley Meta glasses are returned, they will be inspected and a refund to your original payment method will be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you purchased your Oakley Meta glasses from Meta.com, you can use our Find Order na stránce, kde můžete identifikovat svůj nákup a zahájit vrácení zboží.
If you purchased your AI glasses from Oakley.com, please contact them to request a refund. Returns are subject to the original retail store’s return policies.
Vrácení záruky
If you think your AI glasses are defective and the return timeframe has expired you can open a warranty claim with Oakley for a repair or replacement. To open a claim you’ll need your sériové číslo výrobku a doklad o koupi. Záruka je platná pouze jeden nebo dva roky od zakoupení, v závislosti na zemi nákupu.
