Jak obnovit tovární nastavení brýlí

Obnovení továrního nastavení vymaže všechny záznamy na brýlích a bude vyžadovat, abyste odpárování a opětovné spárování brýlí s mobilní aplikací Meta AI. Tovární nastavení brýlí můžete obnovit z mobilní aplikace Meta AI nebo můžete provést ruční obnovení továrního nastavení.

Obnovení továrního nastavení brýlí pomocí mobilní aplikace Meta AI:

1. V mobilní aplikaci Meta AI klepněte na možnost vpravo dole.
2. Klepněte na.
   • Pokud máte s mobilní aplikací Meta AI spárováno více zařízení, přejeďte doleva nebo doprava a vyberte zařízení, které chcete obnovit do továrního nastavení, a pak klepněte na položku . .
3. Klepněte na Obecné.
4. Klepněte na Obnovení továrního nastavení.

Ruční obnovení továrního nastavení brýlí:

1. Zavřete pravé rameno spánku.

You can report any issues with your Ray-Ban Meta glasses from the Meta AI mobile app.

To report a bug:

1. From the Meta AI mobile app, tap your profile picture in the top right.
2. Klepněte na Help & support.
3. Klepněte na Submit a report.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to describe your issue and submit your report.

You can also turn on Shake phone to report a problem, which lets you shake your mobile phone back and forth to trigger a bug report when the Meta AI mobile app is open.

To turn on shake phone to report a problem:

1. From the Meta AI mobile app, tap your profile picture in the top right.
2. Klepněte na Help & support.
3. Tap the toggle next to Shake phone to report a problem.

If you are interested in tracking the status of a reported security vulnerability (example: remediation status, follow-up questions), we invite you to submit the report through Meta’s Bug Bounty Program. If valid, you might be eligible to receive a payout for reporting the vulnerability to us.

The Meta AI mobile app will notify you of any software updates for your glasses or the app, and updates will be downloaded automatically. You can also check for updates, or turn off automatic updates at any time from Device settings.

To manage update settings for Ray-Ban Meta glasses:

1. V mobilní aplikaci Meta AI klepněte na možnost vpravo dole.

   • If you have multiple devices paired with the Meta AI mobile app, swipe left or right to select the device you want to adjust settings for before tapping .
3. Klepněte na Updates.
4. Tap the toggle next to Automatic updates to turn this feature on or off.
5. Klepněte na Check to check for software updates.

In order to use Ray-Ban Meta glasses, they must first be paired to your phone using the Meta AI mobile app.

How to pair your glasses with the Meta AI mobile app:

1. Vyjměte brýle z pouzdra.
2. Brýle zapnete posunutím vypínače na levém rámečku směrem k přední části brýlí.
3. Put your glasses back inside the case, making sure that you gently push down on the top of the glasses so that the bottom of the nose bridge on your glasses makes contact with the charging port inside the case.

How to unpair your glasses from the Meta AI mobile app:

1. V mobilní aplikaci Meta AI klepněte na možnost  vpravo dole.
2. Klepněte na .
   • If you have multiple devices paired with the Meta AI mobile app, swipe left or right to select the device you want to unpair before tapping .
3. Klepněte na Obecné.
4. Klepněte na Unpair glasses.
5. Klepněte na Unpair.

Note: Unpairing your glasses will not change or erase any settings.

If you’re experiencing an issue with your glasses, restarting might help. Restarting your glasses will not erase any unimported media or cause the glasses to unpair from the Meta AI mobile app.

To restart your glasses:

1. Slide the power button back to power the glasses off.
2. Wait a few seconds, then slide the power button forward to turn the glasses back on. Your glasses will automatically reconnect with the app after they wake up.

If this does not correct the issue, try a forced restart. Force restarting will not delete your captures or require you to pair your glasses to the app again.

To force restart your glasses:

1. Slide the power button back to power the glasses off.
2. Press and hold the capture button.
3. While still holding the capture button, slide the power button forward to turn your glasses back on.
4. Once the status light LED turns red, release the capture button.

After a forced restart, it may take a few minutes for your glasses to reestablish a connection with the app. If your glasses don’t reconnect to the app within a few minutes, you may need to unpair your glasses from the Meta AI mobile app and from the Bluetooth devices on your phone, and then repeat the pairing procedure.

The power switch for Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses is located on the left inner arm of the glasses, near the hinge.

To turn your glasses on:

1. Slide the power switch towards the lenses.
2. The notification LED will blink while your glasses turn on. When it turns solid green, you’re ready to continue.

To turn your glasses off:

1. Slide the power switch towards the back of the glasses.
2. The notification LED will blink red to signal that the glasses are turning off.
