Yes, Ray-Ban Meta glasses are compatible with both the iPhone (iOS 14.2 and above) and Android devices (Android 10 and above).

Ray-Ban Meta glasses are prescription lens-compatible. You can get your Ray-Ban Meta glasses with prescription by ordering prescription lenses during your purchase at Ray-Ban.com, Ray-Ban Store or at certified physical retailers. The manufacturer’s warranty will only remain intact if you get prescription lenses at one of these points of sales.

Your Ray-Ban Meta glasses and charging case have different charge lifecycles.

Glasses

• Fully charged AI glasses last up to 4 hours for moderate usage (capturing and syncing up to 100 videos or up to 500 photos per full charge). This may vary with use and other factors.
• You can fully charge AI glasses in about 75 minutes in the charging case.
• You can quickly charge the AI glasses to 50% in 22 minutes in the charging case.

Charging case

• A fully charged case provides up to 32 hours of charging for your AI glasses. The number of hours varies according to how you’re using the features.
• You can fully charge the case in 3.5 hours using a USB-C cable.

Ray-Ban Meta glasses are water resistant with an IPX4 rating. They are not designed to resist submersion or extended exposure to water or other liquids. In case of water exposure, dry the product thoroughly and clear the charging areas of residue or other debris.

Keep the charging case away from liquids as it is not water-resistant and exposure to liquids could damage it or other property and lead to injury.

Yes. You need to download the Meta AI app (formerly known as the Meta View app) to begin using the features on your glasses, such as taking and sharing photos. You can download the The Meta AI app either from the Apple App Store or Google Play app store.
